How do I play?
Every English word tile has two clue tiles — its Chinese meaning or a picture of it. Bring a word and its two clues together and all three clear. Levels sit on a map, each chapter has review levels, and a learning calendar keeps track of your study. The App's interface is in Simplified Chinese.
Do I need an account?
No. Tribbit has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is stored on your device.
What are diamonds for?
Diamonds pay for items: undo, move out, hint, revive and an extra slot. You can buy packs of 120, 400 or 1,200 diamonds. Diamonds are a virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be transferred.
What does membership include?
Exactly three things: iCloud sync of your level progress, 100 bonus diamonds credited each calendar month while you are a member, and items at half the diamond price. Membership is monthly or yearly (both with a 3-day free trial for eligible users), or a one-time Lifetime purchase. If it ends, those benefits stop; your progress and diamonds stay.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, then restore purchases in the App's Settings.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Tribbit, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will I lose my progress when I switch phones?
Your diamond balance syncs through your own iCloud account to devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Level progress syncs too if you are a member and keep the "iCloud 同步" (iCloud Sync) switch on in Settings; otherwise it stays on the device. Play history is never synced.
