Terms of Use

In short: By using Tribbit you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. The App is licensed, not sold. Diamonds are a virtual currency with no cash value. Membership is an auto-renewable subscription (or a one-time Lifetime purchase) billed through your Apple Account — manage or cancel it anytime in iOS Settings.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tribbit ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). If there is any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs the license itself and these Terms add app-specific detail. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial learning. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Diamonds

• Diamonds are an in-app virtual currency used for items (undo, move out, hint, revive and extra slot). They are sold in packs of 120, 400 and 1,200 as consumable in-app purchases; prices are shown in the App before you purchase and vary by region.
• Diamonds have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Diamond purchases are non-refundable, except as Apple's refund policy provides.
• Your diamond balance syncs through your iCloud account; diamonds are tied to that account and may be lost if you are not signed in to iCloud and delete the App.

4. Membership

• Membership benefits are exactly these: iCloud sync of your level progress; 100 bonus diamonds credited each calendar month while you are a member; and items cost half the usual diamonds.
• Membership is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly options, and as a Lifetime membership, a one-time non-consumable purchase that does not renew. Prices are shown in the App before you purchase and vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• The monthly and yearly plans include a 3-day free trial for eligible users. A trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• When membership ends, its benefits stop. Your existing level progress and diamonds remain.
• You can restore purchases in the App's Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

Except as the law expressly permits, do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; do not use it for any unlawful purpose; do not attempt to circumvent purchase, entitlement, or license checks, or to alter your diamond balance or progress by unauthorized means; and do not bulk-extract or redistribute the App's word lists, pictures, recordings, or text.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its design, code, pictures, recordings, levels, word content, and the "Tribbit" name are owned by Gentleflow and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or any particular learning outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentleflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continuing to use the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the App.

11. Third parties

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. As described in the Apple Standard EULA, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple provides the App Store and iCloud; see our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer protections of the country or region where you live.
