Privacy Policy

In short: Tribbit needs no account and collects no personal information. Your progress, play history and settings stay on your device; your diamond balance — and, for members who keep sync on, your level progress — syncs privately through your own iCloud account. Purchases are handled by Apple. No ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no tracking, and the App sends nothing to us.

1. Who we are

Tribbit ("the App") is developed by Gentleflow ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the App handles and how. If you have questions, contact us at gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com.

2. Information we do not collect

• We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, phone number, or address.
• We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or browsing history.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not show ads, use analytics, or include any third-party SDKs.
• The App makes no network requests of its own; it has no server of ours to send anything to.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.

3. Data the App stores and uses

• On-device game data. Your level progress (stars, best times and scores), your play history (which words you played, cleared or peeked at in each game), and your settings are stored locally on your device in the App's private storage. Words, pictures and recordings are built into the App.
• iCloud key-value storage. The App uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage, which belongs to your Apple ID, for two things: your diamond balance syncs through it so it follows you across your devices; and, for members who keep the "iCloud 同步" (iCloud Sync) switch on, your level progress syncs through it too. Your play history is never synced. This data lives in your personal iCloud account, is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and we cannot read it.
• Pronunciation. Words are spoken from recordings built into the App. Where a recording is not available, the App uses iOS's on-device text-to-speech. Nothing is sent anywhere.
• Ratings. The App may occasionally show Apple's standard App Store rating prompt. Whether and how you respond is handled by Apple; we do not receive it from the App.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Tribbit offers optional diamond packs and an optional membership (monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime purchase). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see your payment details, your Apple ID, or your card information. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

5. Diagnostics

If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data through App Store Connect. It is not linked to your identity. If you email us, we receive only what you choose to send.

6. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App builds no profile of any user, including children.

7. Your choices

• Turn the "iCloud 同步" (iCloud Sync) switch off in the App's Settings. To stop all iCloud syncing for the App, use iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
• Delete the App to erase all on-device data.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

8. Data retention

Game data on your device is kept until you delete the App. Data in your iCloud account is kept until you remove it there. Purchase records are held by Apple under its own policies.

9. International users

Apple, which provides the App Store and iCloud, may process data outside your country, under its own safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
